Grant Chambless, P.G.
Vice President, Regulatory Affairs

Grant Chambless was previously with the Railroad Commission of Texas as the Program Manager of the Environmental Permitting Section of the Oil & Gas Division. He reviewed permit applications for surface management of oil and gas waste including various recycling, disposal and discharge options and issued over 3,500 permits in that capacity. He has also been an Operations Geologist in energy exploration and production and was also an environmental consultant for over twenty years. 

 

Grant has over twenty five years of experience performing geological and environmental investigations, emergency response actions, and regulatory compliance procedures for clients with environmental issues or concerns. He has performed or directly coordinated over 400 hazardous and non-hazardous waste Contamination Site Assessments and Remedial Action Plans for municipalities, major oil companies, and private industry in Texas, Florida, Georgia and New Jersey. In addition, he has served as a company Quality Assurance Officer and Field Supervisor responsible for internal quality audits and technical quality control. Grant is a registered Professional Geoscientist and Geologist in Texas, Louisiana and  Florida and is a graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science in Geology.

Jose Pujols, Esq.
Vice President,
Legal Affairs

Jose Pujols has been practicing law for over twenty six years, as a corporate and real estate attorney. He is also an entrepreneur and started his own law practice in 1992. Jose has substantial experience with the formation of corporations, limited liability companies and joint venture arrangements. He drafts and negotiates complex agreements, such as limited liability company operating agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements and other agreements and contracts between equity owners, including buy-sell arrangements. Jose has expertise in representing  businesses from their pre-incorporation stage, through formation, governance, contractual relationships, regulatory compliance and eventual sale.

 

Jose has also represented clients in the acquisition and sale of businesses, whether it be an asset or stock sale or complete purchase and has personally closed over half a billion dollars worth of real estate transactions, both residential and commercial. Jose  is engaged in making decisions that balance business opportunities against the potential risks involved, by coordinating strategies for managing the broad issues of corporate governance, including enterprise risk management and corporate compliance with regard to regulatory requirements. He is a licensed Florida attorney and brings his knowledge and experience to GreEnergy Companies, LLC, as the Vice President of Legal Affairs.

Allen Whittemore
Vice President,
Investment Strategies

Allen Whittemore is currently serving as Vice President of Investment Strategies for GreEnergy Companies, LLC. Allen has over thirty five years of sales and investment strategy experience working both as a stock broker with a Wall Street investment firm and an entrepreneur. Allen has been successful in sales and real estate development enhancing profitability and market share of small to medium sized businesses. Allen has also volunteered time Pro Bono in after school programs for “at risk” teenagers. The last ten years of his career have been dedicated primarily to entrepreneurship. "What I bring to Greenergy companies is a successful history of investor relations, portfolio management and strategy, as well as a genuine concern for the mutual financial success of all parties involved."
